At Legendz, quality and experience are at the core of everything we create. Each piece is crafted with precision, and we stand behind every piece. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with clear proof of the issue. All returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Once received and carefully inspected, approved returns will be processed accordingly. Please note that we do not accommodate returns or exchanges for sizing concerns or change of preference, as we encourage customers to review our sizing guide before purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
